Resolved: Unwanted charge despite cancelling subscription on the same day

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
On the same day that I signed up, I also clicked to add a mens underwear subscription. However, I changed my mind almost immediately and cancelled the mens subscription on that very same day. I therefore had no intention of receiving or paying for any further mens underwear.
Despite this, I have now been charged a week after cancelling the mens subscription for underwear that is apparently scheduled to arrive a month from now.
I do not want this order and cancelled the subscription specifically to prevent any further orders or charges. I would therefore like the charge refunded and the pending order cancelled, so that I do not receive underwear that I never intended to purchase.
I also do not understand how On That *** considers the 14-day cooling-off period applicable in this situation. I cancelled the subscription on the same day I activated it, well within 14 days, and I have searched the website but cannot find clear information explaining why I would still be charged after cancelling.
I would appreciate On That *** reviewing this and issuing a full refund and cancellation of the pending order. I am also happy to return the unused womens trial set if required.

Resolved: Very bad experience
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. It wasn’t easy to get my issue , as customer service is very poor. Order products carefully, best to check customer service is available, in case closing the account.
I didnt make any purchase, besides that I already have cancelled my subscription last week, despite that the payment is gone from account, value of £12.99, which is very bad for the companys reputation

I Cancelled subscription , i cancelled subsctiption twice and on Thursday morning you took 12.99 when i cancelled the membership. You gave a confirmation email saying sorry to see you go. I would like stop to recieving the items and get refunded please and unsuscribe from the platform fully.

Resolved: The way they deal with customers is shocking
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They refunded £12.99 and cancelled my subscription without penalties. Contact your bank and block future payments and ask for a refund.

User's recommendation: Don't use this company and never give your bank details out unless you actually want to buy something. They will trick you into a subscription which is hidden in small print you will hardly notice. If this happens to you then follow the steps I did.

You're trying to charge me for the free underwear when I stopped my membership as soon as I was allowed to. I won't be paying it, neither the extra charges, as in my personal opinion, this is on you, as everything was cancelled.

My subscription was cancelled in June. You already received payment as well.
There is no way of contacting you; maybe this reply actually gets to you. I request you delete my data. I received 2 pairs of boxers, which are no good to me, and 1 pair of socks. I made a payment of £18.99 for those.
I have also reported you to PayPal, as the way you contact business is not transparent enough for your customers. Maybe this practice works in Europe or Asia. I was unable to send return requests via my account for the goods received. Please provide me with a return number and also a postage label.
The quality is not good, as the colours are already fading, and the gel padding on the socks is already coming loose on 1 strip. I was not able to initiate a return or contact a customer service agent. You take ages to reply to the pre-written text you provide, and once you get to a very inaccurate answer, the bot times out. There is no way to contact you apart from via the bot.
Now stop pestering me via your no-reply emails. Thanks for your attention to this matter or not.

They are not a reliable company unless you want to commit to the terms of the service and are not looking for what it is they are offering the actual deal to get 1st product free and try before you buy don’t. It’s been way more hassle than it’s been worth for me. I actually felt kind of conned.
Id give it zero they have no way of getting in contact with them other than through their web page which has been down for the past 3 odd weeks or so. Id 14 days to change or cancel my order I feel conned.
The set l got doesnt even fit at all so its of no use to me and Ive passed the time limit given to change or cancel my order. Im so peed if somethings too good to be true it normally is for me.

Spoke with this company. They have said that they have to intention on given a refund.
I signed up for a subscription (unknown to me).
So I have to pay the first month regardless of how substandard there products are. Please be careful when accepting a free offer from this company as it definitely comes with strings attached
Was offered a free trial when I purchased something else. The underwear was very substandard.
A month later 12.99 was taken from my bank. When I contacted the company I was told I had signed up for a subscription. Asked to return the items unopened but the refused and said I had to take at least one month of the subscription. They then have taken a further 12.99 this month.
Again refused a refund. I have now cancelled it through PayPal. Terrible company to deal with.
Would definitely not recommend anyone to accept there free offer. As it's NOT FREE
